Client Onboarding Process
The onboarding process generally requires 1-2 business days.
Onboarding Steps:
1. Submit the required documents (noted below).
2. Our firm conducts KYC and Due Diligence.
3. Upon approval, we prepare and circulate our engagement letter for electronic signature.
Required Documents
To onboard a client, we require the following documents for our KYC and Due Diligence:
1. Telephone Number and Email Address
2. Identification:
Passport copy, Emirates ID (front and back), or any other government-issued photo ID
3. Address Verification (Not older than 3 months)
Only one of the following is required:

- a) Utility bill

- b) Municipal tax record

- c) Property purchase or lease agreement

- d) Bank statement
-
- e) Insurance policy
-
- f) Any other government-issued document with client’s address (ideally, this should be the same address that client’s bank has on record).

We may also subsequently require:
1. Sending and receiving bank details
2. Corporate documentation confirming directors, shareholders, and officers
🏢 For Businesses
1. Telephone Number and Email Address of company’s principal
2. Identification for company’s principal
Passport copy, Emirates ID (front and back), or any other government-issued photo ID
3. Company Registration Documents (e.g., a copy of the Certificate of Organization/Incorporation, License, or Registration Certificate, stamped or signed by the governing body)
4. Proof of Business Address (Containing the legal name of the entity, the address of the company, and dated less than 3 months from the date of submission)
Only one of the following is required:
a) Business bank statement
b) Credit card statement
c) Lease agreement
d) Utility bill (not older than 3 months)
