Onboarding and KYC Requirements

We require the following documents for our KYC and due diligence

The onboarding process generally requires 1-2 business days.  

To onboard a client, we require the following documents for our KYC and due diligence:

  • Telephone number and email address

  • Identification: Passport copy or Emirates ID

  • Address verification (if applicable): Utility bill (not older than 3 months), municipal tax record, property purchase or lease agreement, bank statement, insurance policy, or any other government-issued document with your address (ideally, this should be the same address that your bank has on record).

  • Company licenses (if applicable)

  • Underlying documentation for transaction

 

We may also subsequently require:

  • Sending and receiving bank details

  • Corporate documentation confirming directors, shareholders, and officers

 Upon receipt of the above, and subject to KYC approval, we will prepare and circulate our engagement letter for electronic signature.

 

For Businesses

  • Proof of Business Address document that contains the legal name of the entity, the address of the company, and has been dated less than 3 months from the date of submission. Valid documents include a business bank statement, credit card statement, lease agreement, or utility bill.
  • A copy of your Certificate of Organization or Registration Certificate stamped or signed by the U.S. state of issue.
  •  A copy of your original EIN letter issued by the IRS
